Rebecca's space-a voice in the wilderness-Do you want to be free? The Kingdom of God-Is not My word like fire? January 01 2010: New Year Prophesy"The Lord will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season, and to bless ALL THE WORK OF YOUR HAND, you shall lend to many nations, but you SHALL NOT BORROW AND THE LORD SHALL MAKE YOU THE HEAD and not the tail..." Deuteronomy 28:12 (NKJV)
The Jewish Bible (Tanakh edition) says it this way:
"The Lord will open to you HIS BOUNTEOUS STORE, THE HEAVENS, TO PROVIDE rain for your land IN SEASON AND TO BLESS ALL YOUR UNDERTAKINGS. You will be a creditor TO MANY NATIONS, but a debtor to none. The Lord will make you the head and not the tail; YOU WILL ALWAYS BE AT THE TOP and NEVER at the bottom..."
So, Yea and Amen El Shaddai! The apostle Paul said, "as HE IS, so are we in this world!" That excites me and gives me great hope for a very prosperous and victorious new year! JESUS CHRIST IS THE EVERLASTING KING AND WE RULE AND REIGN WITH HIM-RIGHT NOW! The enemy is defected! Hallelujah!!! December 26 Lord of all!I happen to be working last night and didn't have the t.v. on at home but at work. I saw the segment on the airplane that landed in Detroit and the terroist attempt! in my mind, I really saw the sovereign protective hand of God Who opposed the enemy's attempt to kill, steal. and destroy the blessing God has bestowed on this great land! December 24 SUNDAY REUNIONSMy mother is the next to the youngest of 12 children, and she was raised in a large farm house outside Chapin, Michigan in Shiawasse County. The neighbors in the surrounding areas used to say that the Beach family would have a family reunion every Sunday because all the children and then grandchildren would gather at the old farm for Sunday dinner while my grandparents were living. Grandpa Beach probably cooked most of our dinner because grandma had a stroke and couldn't get around much plus grandpa liked to EAT so he cooked alot anyways.
With all the various relatives, I always felt a little overwhelmed and tended to withdraw from all the activity and noise. But after dinner, all the cousins would scramble outside to play in the barn and wander thru the strawberry patch, all the while being careful not to cross paths with grandma's billy goat and banty rooster, both of who literally "ruled the roost"! With all the kids running around, I supposed the animals needed to keep the "peace"!
Grandpa planted an acre of strawberries and paid us a nickle a quart to pick the strawberries, depending on how many actually went into the baskets, we could make alot of money in those days. Grandpa was a very generous man, very playful and loing. That's what I'll always remember about him, that and his hearty laugh and his bright red hair...Larger than life, you might say! I loved my Grandpa, I relished his giant bear hugs, that literally squeezed the life out of you. But no matter how many children there were around him, he always made sure ea individual child felt loved. CONFESSIONS IN THE CORNFIELD (JEHOVAH HEARS)When I was small, for a few yrs we lived in a small one story house in Middleton, Michigan. As children, m brother and sister, along with various town kids, we all played there in the cornfield next to our house. It seemed to be separate from the rest of our small town world and you could just get lost from it all, for a little while. In my 8 yr old mind, at the time, there were "giants" in that cornfield that were watching over us while we played! Who else could live there? Their comforting and reassuring presence was all over that cornfield and I could sense that. It was a HUGE cornfields, it covered a few couple acres, which seemed big to me in this small town.
In the winter, everything would be frozen over and we would drive our snow mobiles there. I supposed the "giants" had a large fire somewhere to keep them warm and I hoped they had lots of blankets to shield them from the harsh winter winds. I was sure God provided and took good care of the "giants". I could talk to God in the cornfield, and I did that alot. Sometimes, small town pressures got to much for me and I had to talk to Someone Who cared and my parents were too involved with other things to listen. And the answers did not matter, I just needed to pour out my heart. I knew the giant wouldn't care, I assumed they were good friends with the Lord of the universe. At the time, I did not realize the realness of this GOD I was talking to, I only went by the few times I heard about God so I hoped He was real and caring. When I think back on those times, I am amazed at the vastness of His plans for me even then.
December 27 New Year Prophecy for 2009 I hope everyone had a very merry Christmas!!! So, I was thinking on how Benny Hinn prophesied that 2009 is the year of GREATER ANOINTING and while I was thinking, the Lord said, "and deeper anointings require deeper accountability-a deeper awareness of His holiness and our responsibility to uphold those standards of holiness. I recently went thru leadership training classes in my church so I'm much more aware of His high calling and the stewardship required. So, this is Your word spoken thru the prophets, Lord-those with "ears", let them hear!!!
